Annapurna base camp trek (ABC) is one of the most renowned and classic trek in the world which takes us to the base of the world’s 10th highest peak; Mt. Annapurna (8,091 meters). This trek offers complete trekking package which starts with adventure walk of the amazing, culturally rich villages of Ghandruk & Chhomrong, through diverse landscapes, bamboo forest, Alpine forest and to the base of Mt Annapurna. Beautiful views of majestic snowcapped mountains like Machhapurchre/Fishtail (6,993 meters), Himchuli (6,441 meters), Dhaulagiri (8,167 meters) and Annapurna range and varieties of flora and fauna on the way makes this trek one of the most popular treks in the world.

The trek starts from Ghandruk or Nayapool after a couple of hours drive from Pokhara. Ghandruk (1,940 meters), a Gurung (local tribe) village which is very hospitable, culturally and naturally rich village. The trek continuous through the forest, river and ends at Chhomrong (2,178 meters); another uniquely built ancient cultural calm village. Next day ends at Bamboo (2,310 meters) after a very nice trek of 4-5 hours through the forest rich in flora and fauna. Trek of around 4-5 hours through the rich biodiversity of temperate forest and along the Modi river leads to Deurali (3,230 meters). After an overnight stay at Deurali, the trek leads to Annapurna base camp (4,130 meters) through Macchapuchre base camp (3,712 meters) offering majestic views of Mt. Annapurna South, Mt. Machhapurchre and Mt. Himchuli. The majestic walls of ice and rock along the way up to the Annapurna base camp simply mesmerizes anyone and guarantees to take the breath away. The trek ends after in next two to three days once the descent from ABC starts.
